Well, Thanksgiving was nearly one week ago and we {along with most of you, I'm sure} are finally nearing the end of our care package of leftovers.

It's kind of bittersweet, isn't it? Thanksgiving is my second favorite holiday of the year, mostly because the smorgasbord never disappoints and it marks the official kick off of the holiday season.
